Impossible List - 15 January
How far I've come over the course of the last month in regards to the impossible list of goals I've set for myself.
June update on my progress with my impossible list.
Professional
I'll be continually updating my automated business for the foreseeable future.
Talking about the automated business is contingent on finishing something that can be shown and discussed.
Dundee Tech Meetup is still as far away as it ever was.
Health / Fitness
So I've been actively working on reducing my calorie intake and it seems to be having an impact on my weight. I'm currently on track to weight 13 stone on 1 July. We'll see if it happens.
My first major setback in relation to getting up hills happened. I attempted to bite off more than I can chew with Beinn Lutharn Mhor and Carn Bhac. I've re-calibrated my walks focusing on less distance and I'm adding in core exercises to help me be able to carry a pack for distances. I'll eventually get back to the bigger ones, I just need to up my fitness level.
I've called the doctor and my situation is being referred on to NHS psychologists for review. Still a long way to go, but a step has been taken.
Nothing been happening on my Ollie really.
Personal Skills
I've printed out my book but for the last several weeks it has just sat on my desk. Hopefully I can find a little bit of time to read it and start working on the editing and tightening up the story.
I moved up to triple digits and 109 photos on Flickr this month.
Travel / Events
So yeah, we can travel to Israel, but Louise won't let me go into a civil war.
Volunteering / Charity
Tayside Re-Users is back open and we are jumping on getting ourselves sorted and back into a position to get a mortgage and buy our location.
Education / Languages
Russian is still moving along. Nothing brilliant to report.
Financial
Things are starting to look up. Coming to the end of a debt building phase and in a couple of months we are going to work on paying down those debts and getting ourselves sorted out a bit.
I have now achieved an income of £40,000 looks like we'll need to up the goal. Perhaps £60,000?
Finally due to a little saved up money I'm working towards gaining my British citizenship before they find another way to raise the price of the application. I've got my Life in the UK book to hand and I'll book a test here soon.
