Impossible List - 15 September

September update on my progress with my impossible list.

Impossible List - 15 September

Professional

Still working on the spell checker MVP, now just fixing issues and working on speed and accuracy, so this might take a few weeks to get right.

Automated business has been worked through and the code is now upgraded to Typescript. I need to work through it and get it tested and running smoothly before the next steps of getting it connected with my drop shipping company.

A Dundee Tech Meetup is still as far away as it ever was.

Health / Fitness

Still moving down with my weight. Just a game of eating less calories, exercising and watching the numbers move down. Still moving forward. I noticed that if I average losing a pound per week I'll accomplish this goal before the end of the year.

My work day walks have been going well and I am one week away from accomplishing my goal of a full month.

I'm hoping to give camping on a summit a go before the end of September. It will be weather dependent though.

Autism assessment is still just sitting there like a dead weight.

Personal Skills

The first 10 chapters of my book have been edited and the whole collection has been handed to Aine for review. I'm not sure I like people reading my stuff when I don't feel it's perfect yet.

Flickr now has 195 photos in it.

Travel / Events

Excited about going to the Wigtown Book Festival at the end of the month.

I'm planning to attempt a European excursion by the end of the year. We'll see if that happens.

Volunteering / Charity

Tayside Re-Users is back open and we are jumping on getting ourselves sorted and back into a position to get a mortgage and buy our location.

Education / Languages

I've booked and been given a place at St. Andrews University for Beginners Russian.

Financial

Started taking the first few steps towards paying down our debt.

Need to hopefully finish the work for Angus council and get paid so I can become a citizen..
