Impossible List - 15 May

May update on my progress with my Impossible List.

Impossible List - 15 May

How far I've come over the course of the last month in regards to the impossible list of goals I've set for myself.

Professional

I've been dragging my feet to get my automated t-shirt business up and running on a production server. My plan is to finish that project this month and get some results for me to look at throughout next month.

The phonetic spell checker hasn't come back on line yet, not sure where that is currently.

Health / Fitness

I appear to be getting fatter. I'm not liking it. I need to get on top of that.

Still in hibernation is my ollie, perhaps I'll get the skateboard out in the spring.

Personal Skills

I finished off my outline for my book and now I need to sit down and rough out the chapters that I still need to get a basic rough draft completed.

Flickr now has 365 photos in it.

Travel / Events

So upon seeing a Ryanair sale, my daughter and I took a trip to Occitanie, France. It was fun and gave us an opportunity to try some spontaneity. We liked the trip, but as for spontaneity we didn't like it.

Morocco is booked up for September so waiting on this to be an adventure.

Volunteering / Charity

I'm beginning the process of updating our approach to members and to our advertising increasing our membership and our sales. It will take several months, but I think it will definitely pay off.

Education / Languages

Looking at DuoLingo and working out how long it should take I see that most of this year will be taken up with completing Russian in DuoLingo.

Financial

We are starting to get better at predicting our monthly finances. Hopefully we'll take a big chunk of our debt out over the course of the year. The trip to America will be a big blow, but shouldn't be too bad for us. I've also started looking into applying for what essentially would be a step up at my current company. Might be fun, and would come with a pay bump.

I'm still waiting on my citizenship decision. Fingers crossed.
