Professional
SO automated t-shirts has gotten itself sorted and running live on a production server. Then just recently I overhauled the whole algorithm into something a little more streamlined and I'm now getting it to go live. My deadline is to get this up and running for July where I'll turn on the ability to market the t-shirts to the individuals that inspired them. Fingers crossed for the next goal: selling its first t-shirt!
I've been in contact with the lead for the phonetic spell checker and we're going to give it one final go and see if we can't get some momentum behind it this time around.
Health / Fitness
I have reversed the trend of me getting fatter and I'll need to work hard, but I think I can get myself back down lower again. It's flagging up the problem of how I will need to maintain my weight once I settle on what I like.
Still in hibernation is my ollie, perhaps I'll get the skateboard out in the spring.
Personal Skills
I've roughed out 7 chapters so far and will continue to move forward.
Flickr now has 378 photos in it.
Travel / Events
Morocco is booked up for September so waiting on this to be an adventure.
Volunteering / Charity
I'm still working on our new and improved advertising/marketing strategy at Tayside Re-Users. Like before it will take several months, but we'll see the fruits of this labour before Christmas.
Education / Languages
Looking at DuoLingo and working out how long it should take I see that most of this year will be taken up with completing Russian in DuoLingo.
Financial
So I got that promotion, onwards and upwards. I'm a bit harried getting myself settled in and getting all of the tools I want lined up just so, but give me a month and it should be humming..
I received a letter from immigration saying that my case was complex and was going to take longer. That's sucks, but there's not much I can do other than wait and see what the outcome is.
