Impossible List - 15 December

December update on my progress with my Impossible List.

Impossible List - 15 December

How far I've come over the course of the last month in regards to the impossible list of goals I've set for myself.

Professional

I'm looking to spend some time over the Christmas holidays on the automated business project.

I've put the phonetic spell check MVP project to rest for a few months while I take a rest. I'll pick it back up in the new year.

Health / Fitness

I've seemed to have hit a plateau in the weight department. I'll keep pushing forward and see if I can get through.

I haven’t been working on my ollie, and this will most likely go into hibernation over the winter.

I am still going strong in relation to not drinking. I am now less than a month away from completion. Can’t wait to drink again!

Personal Skills

The first 23 chapters of my book have been edited. I'm moving forward with getting a new rough draft of the work done to start editing from.

Flickr now has 259 photos in it.

Travel / Events

Stonehaven for Hogmany seems very doable at the moment, we’ll have to wait and see what restrictions if any are put in place due to the pandemic.

Volunteering / Charity

I'm working on an idea to generate more members at Tayside Re-Users and it hinges on the installation of the new ePOS upgrade and whether or not we can manage discounts better than we currently do.

Education / Languages

The St. Andrews course is now over. I'm glad its done and I won't be taking another one. My plan is to continue working through my DuoLingo and we'll see where to go next once I've completed it.

Financial

Clearing my credit cars is still a bit out, but we’ve gotten stuck into paying down our debts and this will be sorted hopefully before the close of 2022.

I've submitted my citizenship application. I'm nervous as ever as it would be a lot of money to waste, but hopefully it all works and it gets approved. I've got a trip to Newcastle planned for me to submit my required documents. After that it's just time to cross fingers and hope.
